Fill this in with your personal preferences, and we'll take it from there! 

NOTE: Shipping costs are expensive these days! If you would like to arrange a time for you to pickup your order in lieu of getting your package shipped to you, use code PICKUP at checkout. This will give you "free shipping." Please know that we will NOT be shipping your item to you for free, you will need to pickup your item from a public location on a scheduled date.
